		THE MUNDANA SCENARIO V 2.O READ ME

The year is 2967-After Daak. It is a time of great unrest.
War has again erupted between Jargien and Mhad, a war destined to continue
until one of their civilizations has been reduced to smoldering ruins. 
Tensions grow between the great nations of Thalamur, Consaber 
and the cirefalian commonwealth. And full-scale war being always, but a small
misunderstanding away. 
The smaller nations on the Asharian peninsula is feeling forced to turn to 
each other for protection and has formed a frail alliance, placing 
Anstir Tyldon in, the very unstable, position of leading the alliance.
The small kingdom of Drunok stands alone in a very weak position,
and must rely on its good relations with its bigger neighbours in order
to survive.

This is a scenario based on the world of the Role-playing game EON, 
made by NeoGames. it is made by Joel Andr and Alexander Walker 
and requires civilization v 2.78 (Fantastic worlds) installed on 
your computer. Just unzip the files to a directory named whatever
you wish, and load the scenario from there. In this scenario almost 
everything has been changed, all the units, all buildings, wonders 
and some terrain etc..

This scenario will work much better with civilization II fantastic worlds 
then with Civililization II MGE.

Sound:
------
We didn't include any sound in this scenario as it would make it about
five times as big. Just turn off the sound if you wish, or make your own
sound effects, wich shouldn't prove to be to hard.

History:
--------
We had to make our own map and we made a good one. We tried to make the scenario as
accurate as possible, but because there are only seven civilizations in civII and about
twenty in the RPG, we had to discard some. The elves, dwarfes, Tiraks, Momolan, Eumo and
the others became independents (barbarians) instead.

Civilizations: 
--------------
THE JARGIAN EMPIRE: Ruled by Emperor Jargus, the Jargian Empire is the mightiest 
nation in Mundana. But it has many problems, of which its arch-enemy Mhad is the 
greatest. There are also the Kamoreans in the north. The Empire have the largest army in
Mundana, but they lack efficient cavalry and have no navy worth mentioning. The Empire
is also very strongly influenced by the stern Daak-cult, which is the only religion
allowed. The Empire see it as its responsibility to bring the rest of Mundana into the
sparkling light of Daak.

DRUNOK: Drunok is a small nation with a strong monarchy. The king Gahallan is known
for his just rule and his ability to steer Drunok away from conflicts with its neighbours.
Despite the prosperous trade with the Jargian Empire, they are officially in a state of
war. Though no battles have taken place since the Empire occupated Thara-Tiannon, ten 
years ago. Drunok has in this scenario been given the aid of the Eyren- and 
Kragg-barbarians. This has only been done to help Drunok survive.

THE CIREFALIAN COMMONWEALTH: Has its birthplace in Melorion, but has since spread from its
islands to colonize both Caserion in the east and Gordrion in the north. Cirefalians are
known as traders and able seafarers. They are one of the most advanced civilizations in 
the fields of trade, economy, medicine and shipbuilding.

THE ASHARIAN ALLIANCE: Consists of Asharien, Soldarn, Westmark and Damarien. They are 
actually very different, and not likely to join such an alliance which has been formed in
this scenario, but it was necessary to make it playable. They are all situated on the 
Asharin-peninsula, which is noted for its red plains. The red colour comes from that the 
earth is very rich on iron.

CONSABER: Is one of two surviving parts of the ancient Colonan Empire. It is a feudal
monarchy with some democracy. Consaber has lately proven to be strong both in trade and
naval warfare. Relations with Thalamur has never been good and many a war has been fought.
Six years ago Consaber aided the two Thalamurian provinces Pereine and Colonan to break 
free from the rest of Thalamur. Pereine and Colonan have been added to Consaber in this
scenario, but in reality the are sovereign states.

THALAMUR: Is the other major parts of the ancient Colonan Empire. The old Colonan 
Empire and its ways, has great historic importance for Thalamur, as it has for Consaber.
Thalamur is actually an Empire supposed to be ruled by an emperor/empress, but since the
emperorscepter disappeared, no new Emperor has been appointed and noone will be appointed 
until the lost emperorscepter is recovered. Thalamur is instead ruled by a "temporary" 
council of skilled magicians. Thalamur also has one of the largest standing armies in the 
world, and their legions is rightly feared. Their navy however is not quite so strong, 
and often finds itself beaten by the Sabrians.

MHAD: Is located west of the desert Tarkas. It is a land where many warlords
struggle to become ruler, and receive the title Mhm. The Mhm is not only the ruler of 
Mhad, he is also worshipped as God. The first Mhm was also the founder of Mhad. Mhad
is a rich land, where the mightiest citizens live in an abundance of luxury. It is also 
land where a large part of the population are slaves, or so poor they wish they were 
slaves. Mhads military relies on small forces of elite soldiers, and of course large 
amounts of slaves as cannon-fodder.

altered in any way, and of course (takes an enormous amount of stupidity) as long
as no money is involved
